Pre-race routine:

Woke up at 0400 and took a shower. Had a Cliff Bar and sipped water.
Event warmup:

Just walked around and relaxed.

Felt good, kept my pace for the most part; only had one mile too fast. "The Hill" offered quite the challenge. It was tough, but fun at the same time.
What would you do differently?:

Post race
Warm down:

Drank water, grabbed a bagel piece... Some light stretching.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

"The Hill."

Event comments:

For the inaugural, not too bad. Some minor kinks that were not really that bad. Definitely a learning experience, but I'm sure they'll improved trememdously next year. I'd do it again if time permits.
