Blimey relax pal. The site is predominantly viewed by Americans hence the specific section for UK athletes. I think as you are a well built gent you will probably find that an off the peg suit will always be too tight across the chest. There is a company in Cornwall called SNUGG who will custom build one from your measurements. They are about £300 so try them.

I'm 6'3. 291lbs. We're about the same size.

I wear a quintana roo quickjohn XXL - has worked for me for 9 Ironmans, a few halfs, and a bunch of shorter events. Easy in and out.

Only issue I had is a bit of a rub on my neck on the right side - I'm a right side breather - but I put two large bandaids on my neck and I have no issues since.
