Comments: This was a bit bizaarr for me this time. I felt really good, but wasn't sure if I was really running my race pace. I almost felt like I was more at my training pace. Legs felt good and kept my breathing in relative control, until the last 1/2 mile. Crushed the hill and stairs this time. I didn't need the recovery after the stairs like I did last year. What would you do differently?: Maybe try to push my pace a bit more. Post race
Warm down: Walk and drink water until I catch my breath. Some light stretching, eat what ever food is onsite. Event comments: This race was very well organized and had plenty of volunteers. I wish there were more people in the race. Last updated: 2012-05-08 12:00 AM

Early wake up. Eat breakfast, drink lots of water. I had the wonderful idea of having a few beers the night before. Needed some extra water to get the remnants out of system.
Lots of stretching, jog back out and back a few times.
