Subject: 1 Up USA Hitch Rack

Does anyone have one of these? They get super good ratings on MTBR and are supposed to be light and compact when taken off the vehicle. Wondering how they work for folks with tri and road bikes.

Friend of mine has one and it works fine with tri/road bike.  I'm going to swap to it from a Saris Thelma.  The saris blocks my tag and tail lights on my car

I have heard nothing but good things about 1 Up, I was contemplating between it and a KUAT NV.  I decided for the KUAT.  It is a heavy rack but it is awesome.  I would definately consider it if I was you.
