Comments: Mile 1 was a very quick mile, and we tried to dial it back to no avail. Same with mile 2. Mile 3 went surprisingly fast, but I started to feel a very small pain in my shoulder. By the end of Mile 4, it blew up and I was hurting bad, in addition to side stitching. I avoided any water stations out of fear of walking and therefore not making our time. What would you do differently?: Hard to say honestly. I think hydrate a bit better during the run, definitely put in a few more long run beforehand. Post race

Relaxing. Woke up, had breakfast of scrambled eggs, a piece of toast, and some coffee. No cream, but that's ok.
