train more hills in heat, bonked on second round, killed my run

to hilly, already burnet by bike. total lack of run traiing. decided to just walk and save the day.

train train, loose weight

camping in deserted park ,had freezing shower, slept badly before drive home

What limited your ability to perform faster:

lack of run training, to heavy, but what a come back from last fall

Event comments:

hits is new, hopefully more peple will sign up for the full. we need an alternative to ironman.
