This was a Family Realy, The Girl swam, I biked, The Boy ran. Wake up 2 teenagers at 5 am, 20 min drive to event. Walked thru with the kids on how everyhting should work, where to start, etc..

A pretty good ride for me, ~ 20 mph thru a rolling course. In the Family Relay division we came in 2nd, 3 seconds out of 1st. My bike leg was our weak link. But there was no way for me to match the 1st place biker.

The Boy did an awesome run! He has been training every day this summer. Second fastest run split in the Family Relay division. To bad this was a time trial start, would have been pretty neat to see the boy try to run down the 1st place team (he was 2 min faster on the run than the 1st place team).
