- 7:00am CYCLING: Women's 140km Road Race
The far-and-away favorite is Marianne Vos, the 25-year-old Dutch dynamo. But don't discount Ino Yoko Teutenberg of Germany, who's looking to close out her 20-year cycling career with a golden swan song (and is backed by a very strong team who may well be medal contenders themselves). Home and crowd advantage goes to Elizabeth Armitstead; Team GB is dedicated to bringing her to a sprint finish.
