Difficulty spotting swim in from last turn buoy. Swam a little of course, cost myself about 15-30 seconds before I was able to focus on the swim in shoot.
What would you do differently?:

I love my Kayene goggles but will order them with a slight prescription for near sightednes

About 15 seconds slower than I would've liked, especially with no wetsuit. Long and narrow T1, took longer to run in and get to my bike.

Fastest I've ever biked in a race. Very pleased, training and new saddle paid off. Great course for me for a PR.

Would like this closer to 45 but again, it was a long transition area, took awhile to get out of there even though my shoe change was quick.

Only complaint, got some stomach cramping halfway. Not enough to slow me down more than a few seconds.
What would you do differently?:

I don't think NUUN on race day serves me well. Too much bubble in the tummy.

I'm not sure if you are aware of this, but you are fast.

Great race, look at that bike split! I see no signs of you slowing down anytime soon.
