Honu Half. Racing in Kona!

Second half-Iron is complete! Honu Half in Kona, Hawaii. Awsome venue! Very hard course. We biked the northern half of the World Championship race. The road up to Hawi is pretty darn tough. Finished in 5:48. My goal was to break 6. Shaved 23 minutes off my time from my March half-iron and on a more difficult course. Next up: Ironman Canada on August 27th. I want to thank all of you for your help the last 9 months. Being in my first year of this sport, I'm pretty pleased. You can check out the race report.
