Subject: Atlantic city triathlon - getting there

Hi there,

I just entered my first international distance tri. at Atlantic City Sept. 15th. Wanting to get myself there without car from Manhattan with bike etc. Can anyone suggest the best way with bike and gear?

There's bus services from Manhattan to Atlantic City.

Amtrak: (NYP-Penn Station to ACY-Atlantic City Transfer)

You will need to call each one and see the possibility and cost to bring a bike and all the gear you need. And also, you will more than likely need a hotel in Atlantic City as the bus service is more designed for gamblers and the hours they arrive, rather than triathletes and the hours we race...
