Subject: RE: Kick Drill Couldn't agree more. The kickboard is evil and there is no need for it. For kick drills to work your leg strength use a streamlined position on your back with zoomers. For balance drills that use the kick for propulsion, try the side kick drills either face down, face up, or switching. In TI terminology these are called lead-hand sweet spot (face up), lead hand fish (face down), and zipper switch (switching sides).
