Good job staying out of the crowd. Not fast but no panic. Felt great coming out of the water.

Could have pushed it harder during second half.

Could have gone a little faster, but at this point I was feeling great and having a stress free race.

Back started tightening up at mile 30. I had to start stretching and standing for the rest of the ride. Calves were also cramping.
What would you do differently?:

Spend more time training in aero and more stretching throughout training.
