Ocean Shores Big Weekend - 4th of July Weekend!

I just went to TriFreaks website and saw that Ocean Shores Big Weekend is the weekend following the fourth of July!

This is sweet!  My family loves Ocean Shores and this will be an awesome excuse to take a longer vacation down there.  Huge illegal fireworks for miles and miles on the beach...and then my first Half Iron Distance race...which includes about 3 miles of beach running.

Sorry. I guess I am just excited.  Has anybody done this race?
