Hi,

I found the following book pretty useful as a template:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/0764553399/qid=1069845598/...

It's a Dummies Guide to triathlon with a log in the back with some good tips.

Hope it helps,

For Christmas I got the TRaining book by Joe Friel. He is author of the TRaining Bible. I like it a lot. The only thing I didn't like was a week went over 4 pages, but it did give weekly totals as well as plenty of room for two workouts in a day and space to write coments.

I also received the Training book for Christmas. I have only glanced through it and hope to get it in use starting today. Right now I just use the online log.
