Subject: 5:00 am Run Partners in Williamsburg
OK..... who's interested in a run partner during the week in Williamsburg, 5:00 - 6:00 am? The cold, dark mornings are making it awfully tough to get out of bed. Knowing a partner(s) was waiting would really help pull me out of bed! I could manage anything between 7:30 and 9:00 minute miles?

Any takers!?

You are way to speedy for me! Sure are right that having someone to get out there with you helps! I do P90 with a neighbor at 5. No way would I get up at that time unless she was waiting! Good luck with your morning runs.

Hey tri'n...if you're on meetup, look for the "N. Hampton Roads/Newport News Runners" group. We have a few members in the Williamsburg area that like to run early, and I think at least a couple are close to your pace.
