Guessing on the time. Because i was a DNF they didn't post any of my times.
What would you do differently?:

I swam 5km the day before. I was still faster than most people in the pool but I was definitely sore. Not as good as usual.

600m up the road just when I was doing my shoes up, I must have ran over a glass bottle and got a flat.
And not just the tube, the tyre was wrecked as well. DNF.
What would you do differently?:

Well it's not completely my fault.
Yes, I ran over the bottle.
But the race organisers should have swept the course. i am pretty pissed off.

Still, awesome effort with the swim the day before.  I'm sure you can just write this one off and remember the swim!

I know, I know, I've had a horrible run with this stuff.

Seems that I handed the mojo off to another team mate who had 4 flats at Geelong before calling it a day, so all good now
