Subject: **ATTENTION MICHIGAN BT!**
Kathleen and I signed up for HalfRev Maine last night, which is August 25. I am also signed up for Tough Mudder Michigan on June 29. All this means one thing...training!!!

This is where our awesome friends and co-triathletes step in. I'll be posting up a ton of training opportunities ranging from swims to runs to carrying 60 pound sand bags up and down hills (not kidding.  I have four sixty-pound tubes of sand). Expected locations are Hines Drive, Island Lake Rec, Kensington, Stoney Creek and anywhere else you guys suggest.

Bring on 2013!!

Awesome news!  I can't wait to train with you ladies again!  For what it is worth, I'm running a marathon in May and doing long runs on Wednesdays.  I realize this works with like, no one's schedule... but there it is.    Gotta work with what you've got...

Yeah, but keep an eye on the woods and sledding hills for me too!

Well unfortunately I will be in Florida for 2 weeks starting that weekend, so I will have to miss it, however I will be killing the hills of Island Lake and Kennsington in prep for Ironman70.3 Steelhead, Welland half Iron, and Ironman70.3 Miami! Aye papi! :-)

This is probably my last summer in Michigan... if I make it to Summer without finding a new job.  I officially pulled the trigger on a few job postings in South FL.   

 I want to soak you all up!
