Subject: I DIED.
Lack of training, surplus of alcohol and cigarettes. But at least I finished. If anyone wants to feel good about their own results, I just posted mine (Breath of Life Triathlon, Ventura, CA).

But at least I finished my first triathlon. Hopefully, I can motivate myself to live well/train well for the Alcatraz challenge in August.

Although I haven't written much, I love this website.

Even though I was in pain, I felt happy to be on my first tri. A dream come true.

DAMN, I need to train more. It's my own fault.
