Early Season Warm-up Races

Hey,  Just to throw it out there:  There is a great early season sprint race for beginner/intermediates coming up on June 08/2013.  It's in Westlock and called Spirit of Westlock Triathlon.  It involves:

    750m pool swim

    20km bike (relatively flat course, slight up-hill on the way out, return slight down-hill)

     5km run through town (also flat with no hills)

Good event for noobs looking to try out triathlon and have some fun.  Good town cheering throughout the run.
