Subject: Maintain half marathon fitness I just completed my first half marathon. As i move focus to triathlon for the summer months, what is a good way to maintain half marathon fitness? one limiter i had was on speed. Would it be wise to add in soem interval work for one workout and do a long workout of 6 miles or so?
I may decide to run another half marathon in late fall and would like to improve my time and would like to maintian perofrmance through summer if possible. |
