Subject: New Ironman location
Does anyone know of the locations that are in the running for a new Ironman? I know Hilton Head, SC has put in a bid. I've also heard that Asheville, NC may be in the running. Not sure if anyone has heard anything else.

Raleigh, myrtle beach, and Winston Salem were also mentioned. The bids were turned in. I think I read somewhere that WTC will make some sort of announcement in July....I think

I know they had meetings with the Boulder city counsel about adding a full distance in Boulder.
