Hey All,

CARA is still actively seeking Group Leaders for the Downtown/Montrose groups for the 10:30 to 12:00 pace. If you know anyone interested, please e-mail [email protected], or PM me and I'll get you in touch with the right people to make your dream happen

I'm in for a 2nd season @ Wheaton this year, although I'm skipping Chicago to save my knees for Naperville. Let me know if you're training in Wheaton this season.

Matt

I signed up for Ironman Frankfurt, next year July - and I am very excited about it. I originally planned to run my first Marathon in the middle of September, but am not sure if this is wise.

My experience as a volunteer at a sprint triathlon. My reasons for arising before the sun were not to work out, but to volunteer. I wanted to give back to a sport I’m learning to love.

Is it possible for loners to work in a small group and still have plenty of time on their own? Training in small groups can give many benefits.

Everyone and anyone that has ever raced in a triathlon should take it upon themselves to volunteer at just one event next season. It is an eye-opening and inspirational experience.

This summer, I am planning on doing three triathlons. What should my strategy be for training, tapering and resting during, before and after each race?
