Comments: Need more open water. Swim does not seem to be improving. What would you do differently?: More concentration on my swim. Try not to get caught up with others and let them set the pace, or in this case not set. Transition 1

What would you do differently?: Push harder. Transition 2
What would you do differently?: Learn to take my feet out of my shoes while moving. Run
Comments: Strong finish. Had quite a bit left for built to full sprint. Post race
