Need advice about healing blisters

I didn't prepare properly today so when I did my brick I ended up with blisters--big one on my right heel and smaller on my left. Please any advice would be appreciated on what to do now! I have a tri on Saturday. Thank you for any help you can give me for clearing these up and I promise, promise, promise NEVER to go out with new socks and without my Hydropel ever again!!!!!
