I will be out there for the race this year and just curious if there may be ant BT folks running as well ? It is coming up so fast........

Not going to be there, I think it's the same weekend as the North Face races in WI that we're doing, but I know a bunch of folks that are doing it and I know that area really well, you'll love it. John from RockSteady puts on awesome races and really knows his stuff, you won't be disappointed. He does a spring 50/25k that starts and ends in Lutsen at the finish for the 100 miler that looked super epic and fun this year, I was bummed that I didn't run it. Have fun!

I did the 50 last year and am doing the 100 this year. If my training doesn't get squared away soon it's going to be 100 miles of suffering.

I'm in the same boat on training. I don't feel as ready as for my race last year at the Mark Twain 100. Hoping it's not a huge suffer-fest, but I will find out soon enough...... I need to get my mental side right I think, as self-doubt isn't going to help me I don't think......

I'm going to let you in on how to get faster by doing nothing. Well, not exactly nothing, but you won't have to raise your heart rate, put out 300 watts, or really even break a sweat.
