What would you do differently?: Should have gone faster. Bike
Comments: This is my best ride ever. I've never posted 18mph, so I'm thrilled. What would you do differently?: Work on getting even faster! Transition 2

Comments: Was shooting for sub-30min and almost made it. However, this is my best 5k time ever, so I'm still quite happy. What would you do differently?: Push myself more Post race
Warm down: Walked for a few minutes, drank gatorade, and then took advantage of the free breakfast (eggs, pancakes, bacon). Had fun with my wife cheering me on. What limited your ability to perform faster: Pacing during the run. I was feeling a bit out of it, but could have pushed harder. Event comments: Great race. Woke up 4:30am, ate breakfast, loaded car, fed cats. I arrived around 5:45 and was able to park in the parking lot. I was suprised to be so close to transition. Met with some training buddies.
Did some light stretching
