I'm selling my 2010 Cannondale Slice 4 since it hasn't seen much use in the past year (heck, two years now that I think about it). I used it for several races in 2010, including the half iron Coliseum Rock 'N RollMan in Macon, GA, IM Louisville, and Beach 2 Battleship (highly recommend the last one, great race). It originally sold for $2,779. Components are all stock with the exception of the shifters and the seat. The original shifters were the SRAM R2Cs, but after the ratcheting mechanism failed twice under warranty on the rear shifter (a common problem), I sold the third pair of shifters I received from SRAM and switched to the less glamorous but far more reliable SRAM TT900 shifters (with carbon paddles). The seat is a San Marco with zero miles, I used a Cobb Cycling V-Flow Plus that I'm listing separately, but can discount it if sold with the bike. Component spec includes:

Frame: Slice Carbon BB30
Fork: Slice Aero full carbon
Wheels: Fulcrum Racing 7
Shifters: SRAM 10 speed TT900, carbon paddles
Rear Derailleur: SRAM Rival
Crank: FSA Gossamer BB30 52/38
Brakes: Textro R580 with Cannondale TRP C1 carbon levers
Bars: Profile T2 bull bars with T2+ Cobra carbon aerobars

I removed the old bar tape and will wrap the bars with the buyer's choice of new black or white bar tape. There is some cosmetic wear on the bike, like some oxidation on the chainrings, a little shoe scuffing on the right crank arm, and a little rust in the bolts on the aerobars, but the bike is in great shape aside from that. It's a 56cm frame and fit me great at 5'11". I'm in the Atlanta area, close to Smyrna, just a couple miles from the Silver Comet. Would prefer local pickup is possible at this point. Asking $1650 OBO. I'll try to check BT when I can, but you'll get a quicker response by email, dwayne AT psualum DOT com

All of my road rash has healed, but my right shoulder is still in a lot of pain. I have started swimming, but only really, really light workouts. Do you have any recommendations on stretches?

I'm not sure if one of these models is better, both are from 2009 aluminum/carbon combinations. I realize this is a difficult question but any thoughts as which bike is better for a woman?
