Subject: ultramentalbook.com--Return of the crazy guy
I came onto BT for the first time 4 years ago trying to find out about what others were experimenting with in terms of low volume training for endurance. As you can imagine, it was a pretty controversial topic on BT (and other tri forums). Long story short I've continued my own investigation and personal N=1 experiment and it has led to a book on the subject. Last year I competed in multi day adventure races and a couple of ultras all on an hour a week of training. It's not a short cut really. I like to call it a hard cut. It isn't a type of training that is available to everyone, but it works for me. Might be worth the 3 bucks just to be able to tear it apart on forums like this too! www.ultramentalbook.com
