TriRock Clearwater Nov 9th

I've heard good things about this event. I'm considering it. I'm not sure but seems like one might need a wetsuit for the swim but not sure

I'm doing it for the first time this year. I know a few folks who have done it and spoke highly of the race. Sounds fun.

I'm signed up for this at the intermediate distance. I've done 3 sprint triathlons but this will be my first with this swim length of 1500 meters. Do you happen to know if the people you know that have done did they wear wetsuits? I think it will be wetsuit legal and I'm considering going with a wetsuit for the first time. I'm less concerned about the coolness of the water and just thinking a wetsuit will just help me expend a little less energy since it will make me more buoyant. Are you planning on wearing a wetsuit?

I coached a group of newbies that did it for Chron's and Colitis Foundation. It's a great race and was wetsuit legal. Fun crowds, lively start and finish. We had a blast!!.
