Subject: RE: fall challenge - aug 18th weigh in Decided I want to get in on this challenge.... Start: 186# (Yikes!) (6/12/06) Last Week: 177# This Week: 178# Goal: 160# A little annoying, given how hard I've been working out this week and how well I've been minding my nutrition. I haven't consumed one flex point yet all week! BUT I was terrible last week. Didn't do any weights, didn't push it on the bike like I normally do, and I ate like a pig. In view of all that, I should just be satisfied that the universe does, indeed, have balance. Besides that, I recently noticed that my calves have bulked up a little, so maybe, just maybe I've added some muscle weight. Don't know. I refuse to get my body fat % until after I'm under 175#!
