Subject: Trabeculotomy(glaucoma surgery)

Hi Everyone!

Am probably going to have this surgery in Nov. and wanted to check if anyone
has had this surgery.
My only question is how long did you have to be inactive concerning working out?
Were you allowed certain activities to resume before others, i.e. could return to
cycling before running,etc

Many thanks!

My symptoms have been present off and on for almost two years. Is this a surgical problem, or should I just keep managing it for as long as I can?

If you would have told me that I would want to train over ten hours a week for a race that can last up to 17 hours, I would have laughed. But somehow, my ACL injury has refocused my outlook on life.

What we see is that people want to look good – in a bad way. Our society paints a picture of beauty. But nobody wants to really go back to basics of diet and exercise as the fountain of youth.
