Subject: 10k sessions please Hi.
Been a long time since I've posted, just been a passive watcher for a while. I'm coming off a sprint tri, but can't do another this year as I'm moving house and the new one will be a complete modernisation - so not a lot of training time, so I've signed up for a 10k.
I'm going to be doing 3, maybe 4, sessions a week -
a long run - 60-75 minutes, sub 5min/km
a race pace run - about 25-35 minutes, around 4:30min/km
a fast run - 400m/500m/1km 5-10 reps.
It's early July, any session examples I should be doing? Or just general advice? I'm wanting 43 minutes for the 10k.
