wore booties the day before and napped, tried to stay out of the sun

Went faster than last race, ran in socks which helped and took helmet and glasses with me.

Great pace! Rolling hills! Kept it up, only had to get off the bike once to pee! One of my best! Was hot but had good strategy of keeping water to pour over myself to keep cool.

Hot and hilly! Wanted to do a 5 hour marathon but didn't make it. Run/walk the whole time which was a decent strategy, just tried to stay cool and not cramp.

More run/hill training!
