Subject: 3.6.18 Tuesday Training Hey everyone. Looks like Kim's still enjoying Tucson (or recovering, maybe?), so I'll step up. 6:15 - 1hr depletion ride, with 6 x 1' sprints following 7:30 - 15' run on the treadmill I enrolled in another study at TCU, where I had my body imaged with an x-ray. It gave me my body composition, including bone density, muscle weight, fat percentage (broken into android and gynoid). I can't imagine it would be useful for training, but it took all of 10 minutes and was pretty interesting. Have a great day! |
