Had interwebz access, except the night at GC, where it was just spotty 4G. I didn't go online or turn on the TV the whole time; so I missed the circus.

No Hoover tour this trip. We'd been before and it's one of those see it once and done type places, at least for us. We've down this trip 3 years in a row on my Bday and usually go to Zion at least every year since our first visit back in 2004. The drive into the GC was really nice this year as the aspens were popping and about to hit full blaze. They've taken over in an area that was wiped out by a fire. It will only improve as the years pass and they grow bigger.
