Aero bars angled up 26 degrees. new cervelo fk26 fork. saddle was angled down 7 degrees verses the 5 degrees i usually run. I thought this would give me more hip rotation.....but i kept scooting back and the quads were too activated. Glutes were barely working. I was movning all lover the place. chain fell off with 10 seconds to start. The holder helped me put it on half way and i was able to start . However i did not feel my angled up aero bars and fk26 for made me more aero. I was faster last TT on less watts. But conditions were better Post race

2 waffles and yogurt
sky 20 min youtube. no powermeter or cadence since is used the P3-SL and had garmin set up on the P3C for the race.I may switch wheels again instead of using two bikes. this was too complitcated. Legs felt cold the whole warm up. about 55 degrees. i wasnt feeling too reponsive .
