Hi, my name is Bryan and I am from central Ohio. I have always wanted to do tri's and finally gave one an attempt last summer. Attempted Sprint and bombed the swim due to non-existent swim technique in open water. I told myself I was never going to race again without proper swimming lessons. I am looking into plans, training, instruction, etc. as my plan is to Diet(lean out) and train to do another sprint early next year 2020 and then complete an Olympic distance based on how that goes... This should give me plenty of time to get into the required "shape" and learn better swim technique (I think).
There are tons of plans out there, so I am looking for one that will take me slowly on my journey. I have Heart Rate monitor, Power Meter, Indoor Smart Trainer, and from what I gauge a lot of time. Going to lock down this diet first while lurking around this site.
