Ok so I am going to try and explain what I have going on and see if anyone else has experienced this. I am having what I can describe as discomfort, or tension in my calves or achilles. But here is the deal, it isn't a bad pain, and it doesn't remain in the same spot. One morning I will wake up and the top left side of my right calf will be a little tight, the next morning the bottom right of my left calf or the top left, or whatever etc. I stopped wearing flip-flops and have been in my good shoes with custom orthotics and it still doesn't feel like it is making a difference. I have also not worked out for almost a week now.
