Sunday Spinnin’ 9-22-19

Easy 40 minute spin on the trainer. 1 week out from Augusta 70.3. I did do the trainer ride with a hoodie on and minimal fan relief for some heat training. Heart rate stayed steady throughout. Hay is in the barn at this point, just trying to stay sharp and show up fresh come Sunday.
