Did a zone 2 5k run around the neighborhood this afternoon with the boys in hot pursuit on their scooters.

I need to sit down and make out my fall and winter race calendar so I can start prioritizing my training. Wanting to do some 5k races in late October to early November and then probably build into a few halves and possibly a full marathon.

Get back into the triathlon stuff in the spring and summer.
