Subject: 10.15.2019 Two For Tuesday
Maybe making today a daily double...

I am working on running when my body isn't used to it, and after eating different types of foods. Strategy is that I will faced with unknown challenges during a 50 mile run, so I am working on running out of my comfort zone.

8 mile lunch time run, see what the early evening has to offer.

Easy 30 minute Z2 run this evening. Legs were a bit tired from the intervals last night.
