Subject: Anyone else starting the Sprint 2x Balanced 16 wk program?

It's been 4+ years since I've been on my bike, and probably just as long since I've been in a pool. But the physical last week did not go well. I knew I had it coming. But I did not realize how badly I've let my body degrade.

There is no way that I can regain my level of fitness in the short term. I have printed out the Sprint 2x Balanced 16 week and I am giving it a go.

Anyone else starting a program?
