Subject: The Kona Edge Podcast
Hi all.
Triathlon newbie. First race is March 8th (Sprint). Training is going well and am stoked for race day to get here.
One podcast that I've found very beneficial and have been listening to lots the last few weeks has been The Kona Edge. That said, I noticed they've not released a podcast or made any updates to their website in roughly 28 weeks. Anyone know why or what's going on?

Cheers!

Welcome to BT!

Can't help you with Kona Edge questions, but another podcast I've found helpful and entertaining is the Triathlete Training Podcast by Eric Schwartz. There are about 100 episodes covering everything from beginning triathletes to the long course folks. I think the last episode was June 2018. I've really enjoyed listening to this podcast and have gleaned a lot of helpful info, insight and inspiration from his guests.

Welcome!

I find myself listening to That Triathlon Show by Mikael Eriksson. There's a ton of old 'casts, he does interviews and Q&A. The last one posted was 3 days ago. He's affiliated with Scientific Triathlon

Not sure about that specific podcast either. I do know a lot of podcasts don’t make it long, though. Wonder if they called it a day?

Some other that are interesting are
Crushing Iron Podcast
Purple Patch Podcast
TriDot Podcast

All are different but have good info. The crushing iron podcast episode “how not to suck at running” is a great one to check out.

Good luck in your triathlon endeavors!

I've also really enjoyed Triathlon Taren podcast. Very entertaining. They tend to be long - a bit over an hour. So I generally listen to each episode in a couple segments.
