Subject: 05.07.2020 Over the Hump
Got through the middle of the week...

Tough 60 minutes on the trainer this morning. Big gear intervals that destroy me and make me sweat through everything. Followed up with a lunch time core work out. Planning to duck out and walk 9 holes in a little bit to round out the activities.

Its sunny here, not warm, but the sun is blasting away.
