Just a quick introduction. I'm an English teacher in South Korea. There is a group of four of us foreigners training for the 2004 triathlon season. There're 8-9 triathlons each summer here in Korea, including a 3/4 Ironman and culminating with the Korean Ironman in late August. My current plan is to complete in them all, beginning with an Olympic distance one in late May. I finished a 1/2 Ironman way back in 1983 when I was 18, and did numerous Olympic distance tris in my late 20s. I'm currently 38, and have a way to go to get back in good tri shape. I'm planning on running my first marathon in late March. Anyway, love the site. Good training all.
