greetings!
i ran into this site the other nite and just had to put it on my favorites page. i am currently out of league with the rest of you, but give me some time. i am a 30something that has been a tator tot for my entire life. last year i decided i was going to take control. and started at the gym. started swimming, biking and a little running. besides sept-november being very ill due to parasite picked up in central america i am ready to start on my new goal of tri's. i look forward to learning from all of you and your great posts. i look forward to the upcoming training program that has been mentioned.

Hey Rick - Good to have you here. Getting to this site and the good discussions are definately the doorway to your first tri. You are not out of league at all - It will be a blast to see how many first tri's there are from new folks in 2004. You will be one!
