i'm thinking about doing nautilus weight extensions to build and tone my quads. has anyone had experience incorporating this into your training? any advice on when to schedule it with my bike and run workouts? also, anyone suggest calf raises while holding weights as another workout?
keep a few days between it and your long bike and run. of course if your not going heavy then it may not matter. squats (light to medium weight) r another good mass builder for the offseason and will improve your cycling a lot.
