stats on the alcatraz drawing...

I'm just wondering how many of you signed up for the drawing in the prior years, and didn't get picked. Have you entered each following year after that?

How many people here have been picked?

I know with the NYC marathon lottery, if you don't get picked for 3yrs in a row, the 4th year you are guaranteed an entry. I was lucky to get picked the first year I signed up.

.. but looks like Alcatraz doesn't have such a thing.
