Swim/Run Workouts Near Harbert, MI?

I will be in Harbert, MI from Mon - Weds this week and was curious if anyone is in the area. I understand you can swim in the lake and intend to get in some open water swims and 60-90min runs as I will be w/o my bike for a few days.
